Soufriere is the home of the World Famous Pitons, the Botanical gardens, the best waterfalls in St. Lucia such as the Diamond falls and many other natural attractions. The entire property sits on 38,772.9 sq. ft of land and has been maintained to pristine condition. It is surrounded by fencing and flowering plants. The Warehouses/Hardware distribution

The main building features a small retail outlet below, offices and staff quarters to the rear and top and a large warehouse space to the left of the retail outlet. The second building is a warehouse for storage.
The retail outlet, offices and staff areas total 1,272 sq. ft. and features two large tinted doors, AC units, two sales counters with computers and computerized cash registers, phones, a small television and an alarm. Upon entrance through the tinted doors are the cash registers on both sides. The shelves packed with merchandise follow. The floors are tiled and there is fluorescent lighting above. A door to the left enters the warehouse space and a door to the back enters the staff quarters and the offices.
The staff quarters are found on the ground floor and comprise of tiled floors, burglar bars, ample storage cupboards, refrigerator, sink, tables and chairs, as well as housing the fuse board/ electrical box for the entire building. Down a lit corridor are the restrooms.
Upstairs and to the left is an entrance to one large floor used as a storage area found above the retail store, to the right is the door leading to the offices. Past one office and through the other is the bathroom with a small storage area. The offices are modernized with AC units, broadband internet, fax machines, computers and tinted glass that views out onto the warehouse. It also has trinterio wood laminate flooring and dual (110 and 220) voltage.
Inside the warehouse of 7,676 sq. ft. is ample space for storing goods. There are two large manually operated aluminum retractable doors to the front. There is also a small office between the two doors with tinted glass and computers and a computerized cash register inside. A small fork lift and a small truck come in the warehouse package along with all the goods i.e. wood, steel and cement, pipes, etc that the company supplies.
The entire main building is of steel framing with reinforced concrete framed construction for a sturdy structure and a section framed gable roof with a colour coated Caribbean Metal roof.
The second ware house 2,562 sq. ft. and is of reinforced concrete frame construction with a Caribbean metal roof. There is one entrance and exit which is through the iron bars which expands the whole front of the building. Inside are stored smaller goods like cement, steel and PVC pipes.
THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant is 1,617 sq. ft and is green heart with separate water and electricity meters from the main warehouse buildings. It is built on short stilts which add to its Caribbean charm. Entrance can be gained through the main entrance of the warehouse buildings off the main road with shared parking facilities or a small gate where a paved walk way leads to the side entrance of the restaurant. Up short steps is the balcony dining area. Wood and glass doors serve as entrances on two sides of the building. The bar, kitchen and bathroom, found to the right while all seating areas are to the front and left. There are two ceiling fans in the dining area.
The bar to the right with its wooden counters has ample space to the back for displaying drinks. Behind the bar is a door with a small window which enters the kitchen which has space for two commercial stoves, a grill and deep fat fryer. There is also a small enclosed room for storing drinks and other bar supplies beside the bar. Between the bar and the small storage room is the entrance to the patron's bathroom. From there the small hallway splits two entrances to separate his and her bathrooms with a body length mirror in the hallway between them.
The Restaurant is currently leased out under a long term commercial lease and is a great earner.
